Soy lecithin, also known as soy lecithin, is a phospholipid extracted from soybean oil and is a byproduct of the refining process of soybean oil. It is mainly composed of phosphatidyl choline, cephalin (phosphatidyl ethanolamine), phosphatidyl inositol and phosphatidyl serine, which has the effect of delaying aging and preventing cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
Soy lecithin can enhance the ability of cell information transmission, improve brain vitality, and enhance the self-repair ability of cell membranes to protect the liver. In addition, it also has emulsification, can reduce blood viscosity, improve blood oxygen circulation, extend the survival time of red blood cells and enhance hematopoietic function.
