Acetylspiramycin is suitable for mild and moderate infections caused by sensitive staphylococcus, streptococcus and Streptococcus pneumoniae, such as pharyngitis, tonsillitis, sinusitis, otitis media, periodontitis, acute bronchitis, acute episodes of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, non-gonococcal urethritis, skin and soft tissue infections, and can also be used for sporoidiasis, or as the choice of drugs for the treatment of toxoplasmosis in pregnant women.
Acetylspiramycin is a semi-synthetic oral antibiotic of macrolactones, mainly used in the treatment of respiratory system infection, pyoderma, erysipelas, scarlet fever, pharyngitis, tonsillitis and otitis media caused by staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, Streptococcus vermicularis, pneumococcus, Staphylococcus epidermidis and other bacteria.
Acetylspiramycin is an acetylated derivative of spiramycin, belonging to 16-membered macrolides. It also has an inhibitory effect on Listeria, Moraxella catarrhal, Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Campylobacter foetus, Haemophilus influenzae, Legionella pneumophila, Bacillus pertussis, Bacteroides, Bacillus pertussus, Propionibacterium acnes, Gastrococcus and gastrostreptococcus, as well as chlamydia, mycoplasma, toxoplasma and cryptosporidium.
