Sodium phytate is an organic sodium salt, white hygroscopic powder, easily soluble in water, and its aqueous solution has a strong alkaline. Sodium phytate not only contains more sodium ions, can be used as reactive dye dyeing agent, but also has a certain alkaline, can be used as reactive dye fixing agent.
Phytic acid/sodium phytate is widely found in cereals, legumes and oil crops, and is widely used in the food industry as food antioxidants, bacteriostatic agents, color protectants, chelating agents and fresh-keeping agents.
