Tangerine peel is the dry and mature peel of Rutaceae plant orange (Citrus reticulata Blanco) and its cultivars. Usually divided into "Chen Pi" and "Guang Chen Pi". Pick the ripe fruit, peel off the peel, and dry in the sun or at low temperature.
Nobiletin as also known as Naringenine-7-rhamnosidoglucoside, it is a citrus flavonoid extracted from citrus peel, citrus and aurantium shell, mostly white to light yellow crystalline powder.
