Mushroom coffee is a unique beverage made by blending suitable mushroom powder with coffee powder and brewing it. It has a smooth, dark roasted and nutty flavor. Functional mushrooms undergo a drying and extraction process to extract beneficial compounds, which are then added to regular coffee grounds.
