Product Description

Ropiniero hydrochloride is a treatment for spontaneous Parkinson's disease. It is a non-ergosine dopamine receptor agonist and has intrinsic activity against dopamine D2 and D3 receptors, but has a higher affinity for D3 receptors than D2 receptors. The exact mechanism of action of ropiniol in treating Parkinson's disease is not well understood, but animal studies have shown that Ropiniol can enhance motor function in animal models of Parkinson's disease. Use of the drug generally begins with a low dose and gradually increases to a therapeutic amount.
Ropiniero hydrochloride is an antiparkinsonian drug that can stimulate dopaminergic corticogenesis during waking and sleeping states and is used to treat the signs and symptoms of primary Parkinson's disease.
