Product Description

Vitamin C palmitate is esterified by natural ingredients such as palmitic acid and L-ascorbic acid. It is a highly efficient oxygen scavenger and synergist. It has been assessed by the World Health Organization Committee on Food Additives as a nutritive, non-toxic, highly efficient and safe food additive, and is the only antioxidant available for infant food in China. This product used in food can play a role in anti-oxidation, food (oil) color protection, nutrition strengthening and other effects.

Vitamin C palmitate is an efficient, safe, non-toxic fat-soluble nutrient antioxidant, insoluble in water and vegetable oil. The appearance is white or yellowish-white powder with a slight citrusy aroma.
