High Quality Food Additive CAS9000-30-0 Guar GumWhite to yellowish-brown powder. Can disperse in hot or cold water to form a viscous liquid. The viscosity of 1% aqueous solution is about 4-5Pa·s, which is the highest viscosity in natural glue. A small amount of sodium tetraborate is converted into a gel. The aqueous solution is neutral, and the viscosity changes with the change of PH value. The viscosity is the highest at pH6 ~ 8, decreases rapidly above pH10, and decreases with PH 6 ~ 3.5. The viscosity increases below pH3.5.

Guar Gum (Guar gum) Properties:
