Product Description

1. This product is for intravenous administration only. After administration, the serum concentration of this product decreased rapidly, while the concentration of its metabolite aminoorubicin remained stable. The plasma protein binding rate of aminoorubicin was about 96%-98% as determined by in vitro equilibrium dialysis. When 10mg/kg is administered as a single dose, the drug is distributed throughout the body. The concentration of the drug was higher in bone marrow, parietal cells of the digestive tract, skin, kidney, adrenal gland, liver, spleen, lung and submandibular gland, and lower in cardiac cells 1 to 4h after administration.
2, this product is mainly metabolized in the liver, in vitro tests show that the metabolic enzymes of this product are mainly reduced nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADPH)CYP, NADPH hydroquinone reductase and ketone reductase, accumulated with bile excretion for 72h 58.3%.
