For postoperative pain, it is more or less equal to ibuprofen. For pain relief, it is similar to paracetamol (acetaminophen).And in osteoarthritis, acetaminophen is the first line treatment.In knee and hip osteoarthritis, acetaminophen may be ineffective. |
