1. Timicoxacin has an antibacterial profile similar to that of thalectin, but with an enhanced effect against Pasteurella multocida and Pasteurella haemolyticus.
Because of its special antibacterial activity and pharmacokinetic characteristics, the drug has been approved for clinical use in the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases in cattle, goats, sheep, cows, pigs, chickens and other animals.
