1.Natural Undecylenic acid is an important raw material for synthesizing spices, such as preparing γ- Dodecyl lactone (also known as peach aldehyde), polycyclic pentadecane lactone, musk ketone, nonanal, nonanol, etc. It can also be used as antifungal drugs and drugs for treating skin fungal diseases, and can synthesize surface active agents with antibacterial properties such as sodium undecylene monoethanolamide succinate sulfonate.
