Product Description

Pomalidomide (IMiD) is a newly marketed third-generation immuno-modulator drug (IMiD), which is developed and manufactured by Celgene Company in the United States. It is a drug modified and synthesized on the basis of the chemical structure of the first-generation IMID thalychemicalbook idomide. It can enhance the immune response mediated by T cells and natural killer cells, inhibit the generation of pro-inflammatory cytokines from monocytes, and induce apoptosis of tumor cells, which has attracted wide attention in the treatment of various malignant tumors and immune diseases.

Pomalidomide, whose chemical name is 4-amino-2 - (2, 6-dioxy-piperidine-3-yl) -isodihydroindole-1, 3-dione, is a thalidomide analogue, which is an immunomodulator with anti-tumor activity. Chemicalbook can inhibit proliferation and induce apoptosis of hematopoietic tumor cells in vitro.
