Product Description

 
Nonanal is colorless oily liquid with chemical properties. Cold curing. Boiling point 191-192 ºC, melting point 5-7 ºC, relative density 0.820-0.830, refractive index 1.422-1.429, flash point 71 ºC, soluble in 3 volumes of 70% ethanol and oil. Acid value<10, with a green and slightly sweet taste, a sharp waxy floral aroma, and average fragrance retention. When the concentration is below 0.0005%, the aroma is fresh, with citrus and vinegar flavors.

It is mainly used to prepare essence of orange, lemon and white lemon. The dosage is extremely small. Uses Nonal has a strong smell of oil and sweet orange. Its dilute ethanol solution has vanillin and flavor, which can be used as food additives, and can also be used to prepare rose, orange flower, fragrant violet, flavor and other essence.
