Cefoperazone sodium (Cefoperazone sodium) is the third generation cephalosporin, which has good antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli, Klebsiella, Proteus, Salmonella typhus, shigella, Citrobacter and other enterobacteriaceae bacteria and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. It has poor effect on enterobacter aerogenes, Enterobacter cloacae, typhimurium and acinetobacter. Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria gonorrhoeae and Neisseria meningitidis are highly sensitive to this product. This product also has a good effect on streptococcus and pneumococcus in each group, and only has a moderate effect on staphylococcus (methicillin-sensitive strain), and enterococcus is resistant. Cefoperazone has a good effect on most gram-positive and some gram-negative anaerobic bacteria, and Bacteroides fragile is resistant to this product. When the meninges are inflamed, cerebrospinal fluid can enter.
