Loperamide hydrochloride is a white or almost white crystalline powder, can be used as antidiarrheal, or long-acting anti-diarrheal drug, used for treating acute and chronic dysentery. When overdose may occur drowsiness, constipation, muscle tension, restlessness, bradycardia and other respiratory symptoms, naloxone detoxification available, and patients were observed for at least 48 hours in order to detect inhibition of the central nervous system.
Function of Naloxone Hcl
Naloxone hydrochloride injection can be used as a sterile solution for intravenous, intramuscular and subcutaneous administration. It contains 0.4 mg naloxone hydrochloride per ml.
