In patients with severe renal insufficiency, the administration schedule should be adjusted appropriately due to the decreased clearance rate of sulbactam. For patients with creatinine clearance between 16 and 30ml/ min, the maximum dosage of sulbactam should not exceed 1g every 12 hours. Such as creatinine clearance. 15ml/ min, the dosage of this product should not exceed 0.5g sulbactam every 12 hours.
