Function of Cytarabine hydrochloride
Ara-C inserts DNA and forms a complex with topoisomerase I (topoisomerase I) to inhibit DNA replication and cause DNA cleavage. Cannot inhibit RNA synthesis. Anti-leukemia substances, used in various acute leukemias.
