Fish collagen is extracted from deep-sea fish skin collagen, its protein content is more than 90%, with high protein content, less ash, low heavy metal content, an average molecular weight of 1000 Dalton, easy to be absorbed by the human body, high biological titer. White powder, odorless, completely water soluble.
It is mainly extracted from tilapia, cod fresh skin and fish scale by bioenzyme-directed shearing technology. It is mainly type I collagen. The product is rich in 19 kinds of amino acids and has a molecular weight between 1000D-3000D in length, with high digestibility and absorption. It accounts for 25% to 30% of the total protein, and even up to 80% in some organisms.
