angerine peel is the mature and dry pericarp of ruttriaceae orange and its cultivated varieties, mainly distributed in Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Sichuan, Chongqing, Jiangxi, Fujian and other places, with a variety of physiological functions such as invigorating spleen, dampness and reducing phlegm. Tangerine peel mainly contains volatile oil and flavonoids, and polymethoxone is one of the main chemical constituents of citrus plants in rutaceae. Guangchen pericarp refers to the dried and mature pericarp of Chemicalbook of CitrusReticulata 'Chachi' grown in guangdong province. The quality of guangchen pericarp is better than that of other areas. Xinhui pericarp grown in xinhui county is the best among them. The quality of xinhui tangerine peel is closely related to its aging time. The volatile oil of Tangerine peel has the functions of promoting qi, eliminating phlegm and relieving asthma.
