Sulfachloropyrazine sodium mainly used in the treatment of explosive coccidiosis of sheep, ducks, chickens, rabbit.
Sulfachloropyrazine sodium also can be used in the treatment of fowl cholera and typhoid fever.
Sulfachloropyrazine sodium is white or yellowish powder with high purity, soluble in water. It is an antibiotic belonging to the group of sulfonamides. Like all sulfonamides, sulfaclozine is a competitive antagonist of para-aminobenzoic acid (PABA), a precursor of folic acid, in protozoa and bacteria.
Function:
1.Sulfachloropyrazine sodium has strong antibacterial activity, and also effective against avian Pasteurella multocida and typhoid fever.
2.Sulfachloropyrazine sodium was excreted rapidly through the kidneys.
3.Sulfachloropyrazine sodium does not affect the host immunity to coccidia. After taking orally, the product was rapidly absorbed in the digestive tract, and reached the peak value at 3~4 hours.
